We vliegen o.a. langs de <strong>Kaieteurwaterval<\/strong>, \u00e9\u00e9n van de meest krachtige en mooiste watervallen ter wereld. Ongeveer 3x zo hoog als de Niagara watervallen. Je stuurt je Bliss Mobil vervolgens door de <strong>amazone<\/strong> over de bekende <strong>BR-319<\/strong>. Deze weg werd gebouwd in het begin van de jaren 1970 door de Braziliaanse militaire dictatuur, maar werd eind jaren 80 verlaten. Houd je oren gespitst en je ogen open, want wist je dat je hier de <strong>jaguar<\/strong> of <strong>poema<\/strong> nog in het wild kan spotten?<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Manaus<\/strong> steken we de <strong>Rio Negro<\/strong> over, nadat we honderden kilometers over de felrode, onverharde laterietwegen hebben afgelegd. We vervolgen onze weg door het weinig bezochte, <strong>afgelegen noorden van Brazili\u00eb<\/strong>. Natuurlijk staat er in Brazili\u00eb <strong>picanha<\/strong> op het menu. Boterzacht en o-zo mals. En typisch Braziliaans!<\/p>\n<p>De <strong>dunbevolkte jungle<\/strong> wisselen we af met <strong>gezellig drukke steden<\/strong>, want in deze reis is er zowel ruimte voor <strong>natuur<\/strong> als <strong>cultuur<\/strong>.
