vorige reis ophield en voert ons zuidwaarts: helemaal van Seattle naar Mexico-Stad. Deze etappe draait om contrasten en afwisseling: nationale parken, woestijnpaden, strandkampen, offroad-ritten en karakteristieke stadjes zorgen voor een reis vol verrassingen.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"369\" data-end=\"753\">Het Amerikaanse Westen<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"1096\">We starten in het westen van de Verenigde Staten en reizen door enkele van de meest bekende landschappen van het land. Denk aan Monument Valley, de Grand Canyon, Death Valley, Yosemite National Park en nog veel meer. Maar deze expeditie draait niet alleen om natuur. Onderweg maken we ook kennis met het klassieke Amerika: spookstadjes, verlaten mijnen, stoffige binnenwegen, wegrestaurants en kleine stadjes die lijken stil te staan in de tijd. En natuurlijk mag een avond in Las Vegas niet ontbreken: we kamperen vlakbij de Strip.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"1096\">Mexico<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1784\">Vanaf de grens met de VS zetten we koers naar het zuiden, het lange, smalle schiereiland Baja California op. Over zo\u2019n 1500 kilometer vertraagt het tempo en opent het landschap zich. Verwacht ruige woestijnen, afgelegen stranden en offroad-wegen die perfect zijn voor een overlandavontuur. Rijd langs de kust, kampeer aan zee, spring het water in wanneer je wilt en sluit de dag af met een koud drankje terwijl de zon in de oceaan zakt. Dit is Baja op z\u2019n best.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2413\">Etappe 2 eindigt in Mexico-Stad, een van de meest bruisende hoofdsteden ter wereld. Oude ru\u00efnes staan naast moderne architectuur en kleurrijke wijken zitten vol markten, musea en lekker street food. Na deze etappe zijn er nog vier expedities die op je wachten (niet inbegrepen bij de prijs van etappe 2). Vanuit Mexico-Stad gaat Etappe 3 verder zuidwaarts door Midden-Amerika naar Panama-Stad, en van daaruit richting Patagoni\u00eb. Voor wie n\u00f3g verder wil, is er zelfs een optionele uitbreiding naar Antarctica.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"945\">Je kunt zelf kiezen of je aan \u00e9\u00e9n etappe meedoet of meerdere etappes combineert om je eigen Pan American avontuur samen te stellen. Om het makkelijk te maken, regelen we ook stalling voor je voertuig tussen de expedities door (prijs op aanvraag). Je truck staat dan veilig en is klaar om opnieuw te vertrekken zodra de volgende etappe begint.
